Due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation, we have followed Government advice and our building will be temporarily closed until further notice.
Administration staff will be working from home and we’ll do our best to keep things rolling and everyone informed.
Our plan is to postpone all Easter holiday workshops until the summer holidays and for weekly classes, we have rescheduled the beginning of next term to w/c 1 June. There will be an additional 2 weeks as part of that term to reimburse current participants. Please keep checking our website and social media channels for further details.
We understand it’s a very uncertain time for everyone, including our freelance tutors and part time staff. Rest assured we’re keeping in touch with everyone and trying our best to support each other in these difficult circumstances.
Stay connected, please share with us your creative moments and endeavours. Let’s do all we can together to make social distancing and isolation more bearable.
Here are a few words from our Director, Hannah Phillips; “Our ‘Space to Create’ has temporarily closed but there are always spaces to create in our homes, in our gardens, virtually and in our imaginations. The space will reopen and it will be full of new creative energy, artists and participants wanting to make new work. Let’s all try and focus on the bits we can control. Take time to read, rest, meditate, make, dance, sing, bake and play. Let’s stay connected through our art, our values and our community.”
Thanks everyone, wishing you all the best.
